Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we accept returns within 30 days from the invoice date for a credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-Defective Items

Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. These returns will incur a 6% restocking fee, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

To request a return, email us at sales@nzpcclearance.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

• Custom or personalized items

• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
